Whether you want to start running or are already an avid runner looking to improve your time and technique – this workshop with Rachel is the ticket for finish line feels. Grab your running shoes for this treadmill-based workshop where participants will run their current best mile pace before Rachel gives feedback and a training program to set you up for training success. This workshop will be offered Sunday February 8 at 9 a.m. and Thursday February 12 at 5:30 p.m. Each workshop is only $25 for UFC members or $40 for non-members.
