Join Sandy for Pop-Up: Athletic Power Yoga next Wednesday January 28 from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. in Studio 138. This class will emphasize fast-paced flows, strength, endurance, and more. Perfect for looking for a cross-training option to complement their other workouts and sports. FREE for UFC members but registration is required.
