Planning to participate in any races this spring? We've got the perfect workshops for you. Join Rachel wither Sunday March 8 at 9:00 a.m. or Thursday March 12 at 5:30 p.m., for Running the Race Workshops. If you want to start running/ be able to run a 5k without stopping OR if you are already a runner looking to improve your time and technique – grab your running shoes for this treadmill-based workshop. Rachel will assess your best mile pace to determine the specific training plan you will leave the workshop with to frame your race training.
